The Trust Factor...
I could say that there is a trust involved in every aspect .If anyone we have come across in life had really trusted us completely then we are committed to not break that trust. This starts from the school .Teachers who trust us on a student talents will get a good student.Parents who trust their child to perform well and consciously expressing the trust on their children will get best children.Managers who express their great trust for the employee will get the best results. This trust should not be a kind of trust to impress the target person. This trust should be from inside and sincere . Even if we have a lack of confidence on the target object it should not be reflected in any of your actions, talks or deeds. This will create a difference in the target person and the person will consistently try to meet the expectations and he can be the best of the best target.
Expressing Trust should be to express him or her and not to impress.Even if the target is consistently failing to keep the trust unless and otherwise the target is within the physical or mental reach of yours ,your goal will be succeeded and all your efforts will be fruitful. This is same as trusting god.If we trust god and without any second thought we are trusting him he shall give you the fruits.I am not comparing almighty god with humans. But this is a realization that i will follow in my life strictly as i had plenty of personal experience on this fact and i have came across the trust factor many a times in life.
Even in the worst point in life if your loved ones is trusting you and give you a support that itself will provide us with the whole lot of energy to overcome any kind of pressures or situations in life. At any point of time if the trust is lost then the target will not try to be consistent and loose his track of maintaining the same image.
But even at this point of time good targets will work hard to maintain it.That is where the good and bad targets are discriminated.
Even in Married life this applies the most. This will be a key factor to keep the relationship warm. To forgive and to keep the trust at any worst situations will give the power to heal any failures in relationships as well.The thing is we have to believe and practice the same. In fact this is what the whole religions are saying to you. To trust to believe without doubt .Then you will be blessed .
